Atlas Eye Hospital - Eye care center in Cherpulassery - Palakkad, India

I contacted them over telephone and enquired about i and c procedure. They said it will cost around 1200 and 150 for registration. I said okay and next day i went there for the same and for registration they took 200 rupees from me and i said about the telephonic conversation they were saying no we didn't say like that and all. And next i consulted with a doctor( iam not mentioning her name) and we did the procedure. It took around 20-30 minutes for her to complete the procedure. Then they covered my eye with cotton and asked me to come next day for removing the same. Next day i came and they removed the covering from my eyes. The swelling over my eye lid which i came here to remove was there and the entire portion around the eyes also had swelling. She said it will be like that for next 2 days when asked about the swelling over the eye lid. After 2 days i again went there as the swelling was same like before. She then said we have to do the procedure again. We were totally disappointed with this and after 1 month i did i and c from eye care thottakara and the doctor took less than 5 minutes for it. And next day when we removed the cover there was no swelling or anything it was completely removed. The above said doctor at atlas lacks experience and I think she is learning by doing.

The best thing about hospital is staff at admission. Staffs are really helpfull and very polite.They are ready to help every patient.
