Atlantic fitness gym situated in the sector 25 of Panchkula is the best gym amongst all the gym in Panchkula in terms of cost, available equipment and it's ambience. The trainers are down to earth and the manager is very polite and friendly. Only thing lacking in this gym is unavailability of Sauna and masseur options. The gym has very nice audio video entertainment system. Overall i highly recommend to all those who are seriously looking to get a well chiseled body.

Gym equipments are new and maintained. Gym is good in terms of cleanliness and hygiene. Only important thing is they don't have single trainer on the floor. If you know the exercises then it is good otherwise no one there on floor to guide the beginners.

Where do I Start,this gym is what I think about when I think of d perfect gym.Location is perfect and excellent.Trainers are eager to help.I love this Gym,the training is very effective, the workout is different every day and very entertaining. Super friendly staff.In this Gym you will get a lot of energy!!

Let me tell you. This is the go to gym. Its the biggest in the area, machines are brand new and latest tech, staff especially the manager Mr. Avnish is extremely humble and knowlegable, packages are good and worth that. I would rather say this is what i wanted.
