From 2020 to 2023 Atlanta changed alot , dnt know but feeling very positive. I was admitted here due to medical emergency, they started treatment and what I was feeling they was caring every patient like family Daliy dr jyoti will come to know if the patient is facing any problems Then my big thanks to muskaan and Shweta ma'am for taking my care like a family member and also dr rahul who was always explaining the procedure clearly One most loved thing I have seen in many hospital that night staff will be working slow and not taking proper care but here night staff was as proactive as day staff Really feeling change

I have been visiting this place since 2016 and every time I went here had a positive experience. I am not sure why we have so many bad reviews here. Probably they are more related to urgency based scenario. Ranging from gynecologist to neurologist to orthopedic specialty, all were able to solve the problem to the perfection. Location is good, near by is vaishali metro station (4km), lots of parking space ( that too free), Cleanliness upto the mark, receptionist are well equipped and prepared to handle questions. The only thing that they can improve is the food department which I believe is a problem that all the hospitals deal with.
Extremely bad experience. Maintenance of the hospital is poor. The ACs are turned off in ICU, the walls and toilets of ward rooms are broken, the cleaning is done just for the sake of it. The nurse staff in the ward area are very irresponsible, rude, slow and forgetful. You always have to chase them. The staff at the reception are very cold and insensitive. The ward doctors are also forgetful. The only 3 people who supported during a week stay in the hospital are - kalpana (floor coordinator), vishal (gda staff) and most importantly Dr AP Singh (neurologist). Personally, i would never recommend anyone to this hospital. It was an extremely bad experience for us.
I admit in this hospital for 4 days all Dr team very good but nursing staff was very confused nd experience is reasonable I hope Mr Amit tyagi take action on nursing staff
