Very cooperative staff, clean rooms, do little bit tidy but clean rooms. There in house restaurant serves very good food. My almost all corporate friends stays over here. Never a single complaint from any of the guests. Highly recommended .

I visit many cities in India and out of India and stay in lots of hotels but this hotel is Worst hotel I have experienced in life. Staff is unprofessional I made online booking with some discounts and hotel denied to give room ( Hume online booking me padta ni khata) They don't even allow guest to sit in reception area. Not even ask water. I never suggest this hotel to anyone, it's a nightmare. Price is very high as per quality. Room price should be 500/- as per quality they provide. I don't want to give even a single star but badluck no option

Two star Hotel but a nice one. Food is exceptionally good and reasonably priced in comparison to similar options. But don't try any rice options. Though service is good, they are utterly professional and non-negotiable, once you check-in . We checked in at 2 am due to 6 hours flight delay and thankfully they were welcoming even at that time. The property have less rooms so we got rooms at different floor. However it had a lift. The property also had a small but nice banquet.

Near to the city and public transport, friendly staff, clean and calm rooms, good breakfast... Everything was well.Hotel is clean as well as rooms and restaurant. Although in the center, it is very silent Service is perfect. Breakfast is good with large variety. Hotel is very well accessible. But i want to mention one thing about the room size which is small a bit. Ignore if you have no problem with that. (r)

I don't think I need to say too much as the photos will tell you the horror stories that I faced at this hotel. one the 1st night I landed I had hair on the bed. The pictures of the hotel on the web site were in my opinion taken over 10 years ago or older and the bed covers, pillows and towels were dirty stains in them. we had to wait 3 days for toilet rolls ( thankfully I bought my own), no face towels despite asking for 5 days or so. we had to ask for water everyday (even though we were advised this was complimentary). I don't blame the cleaners, however the management team to invest back into buying new bed sheets towels etc.... The staff were friendly enough BUT could never get orders right My coffee mugs were basically washed in the sink in the bathroom and put back, no coffee or sugar or milk pouches in the bedroom again I had to visit my parents hotel and take items from their room. The bathroom floor had long black hair (image below)on floor but could not understand why as I had short hair and despite telling them this they just smiles and carried on cleaning. as he . The manger downs stairs was very rude and abrupt. Upon check-out they tried to invoice me for food that I had never ordered on days that was away visiting my parents at their hotel. I really don't recommend this hotel if your family or a overseas visitor and the images on their website does not give you the full picture.

Hotel looks good from out side but need to improve service, Pillow , Towels are not cleaned up to the mark. No curtsy to provide drinking water and provide daily kit and tea bags .Restaurant is satisfactory. Ultimatly Its not value for money.

One of the nice hotels for stay..!! Pros: 1. Rooms are enough spacious. 2. Washrooms are clean. Hot water available at all hours. 3. Staff is humble and nice. 4. Rates are competitive. Cons: 1. Complimentary stuff provided can be upgraded and improved. 2. Room cleaning can be improved. Bed sheets should be cleaned. 3. Air conditioning needs maintenance. 4. Parking space is very limited. 5. Kitchen is not open round the clock. Closes before midnight. 6. Rates are bit on higher side. Overall a nice place.

Hotel staff was very polite and humble and good supportive team. All over it was a good stay.. i would surely recommend this hotel for families..
