Over the price rooms. No hygiene. Not clean cockroaches are roming free ly.
Horrible service!!! Heavy traffic noise the entire night! Very loud neighbor (apartment) They had loud chats and party till 2:30am!! When I asked them for refund they refused! Don't stay there! It's waste of money!
Good location, Courteous and cooperative staff, Hygiene and cleaning could be slightly better, Overall good experience, will recommend to others for a stay. Also, the property is more suited for Solo and Couple travellers than a family. Ease of checking in was the best part.

Once you move into to the property all they care is commerical things. If u order food from them they are happy, if not they won't give u any service. Rooms aren't cleaned everyday you have to literally beg them to clean up ur room. Be careful
A good place to stay at a very competitive pricing. Room has a balcony, although view is limited. Wifi is effective and stable throughout. Walking distance away from Viviana mall... Also, Swiggy delivers Mamledar Missal which is the highlight of Thane! :)
