Atithi Residency - Hotel in Attibele - Bengaluru Urban, India

I booked using Agoda site there they mentioned 667 RS, after I went there they don't allow me with that booking & asking to pay for the day to stay. Un professional staff and NO knowledge about customer service and APP&ONLINE services.... "NEVER BOOK THIS PLACE" through web sites go as walkin unless you don't want any kind hospitality services It's really the very worst service from Agoda and these hotels are really doing a scam only

I am booked this residency online we are go this residency check in time receptionist say we are sold out the residency and we are not receive the amount told me then we have no time for search the another hotel so we asked that receptionist any rooms available he sayed your only pay 450rs and i am shack very low price then told me first pay we explain we are also tired ok i am payed next saying your first booking amount received now I am Understood this residency is doing VERY WELL CHEATING

First of all i have not get checked in due to mis behaviour of receptionist and their team called Manager, I have paid online amount of Rs. 505 but while I reached for check in. They asked me to pay extra 1000 rupees, it means total fare is 1500, The receptionist called a guy in the name of manager, he ill treated me and asked for same amount. First of all, how can you tie up with these hotels, who haven't proper team to respond your customer and not obeying your policies, I have given 2 stars because you have initiated my refund immediately, thanks for that. Please make sure it will not repeat again.

We booked through oyo app , when we reached there tgey refused to checkin saying that rooms are not available , oyo service also pathetic as they wont pick the calls .

These guys booked a room for me and took advance, through Make my trip. But when I went there for check in, they refused room. Didn't even bother to look at the confirmation. It was late night, and I had no option, but to go find another one. Please be careful with these people.

Receptions staffs are rude. No politeness in them. No hot water facility also. For everything I have to ask them. Example - Towel, Soap, to Switch on the AC main, Hot water issue. So pathetic. These type of hotels will spoil oyos reputation.

Very nominal room and the place was very stinking. Not preferred to stay with family or kids. And they are money minded and was asking additional money while checkin but made compliant to OYO and got that rectified. But for additional bed they charged me. I don't wanna complain everything and make my stay worse so paid they additional money

Don't have option to give negative.. .. In oyo app it will show some price and when we go there they will ask for more money and if we not pay the won't give room and threaten us to go and complaint anywhere.. And OYO support also pathetic
