Atithi Palace - Hotel in Bhagalpur - Bhagalpur, India

One of the worst stay i have ever been, no lights no food and even worse in their services, don't know how to talk , receptionist was overloaded with attitude and there is no chance of coming back again here for me.

Electcity problem Every 1 ya 2 hours automatically lights cutoff And at night Ac automatic off after 3 AM

This is the worst hotel in the town. Staff behaviors are very bad, rooms are not complete, no tv no proper furniture. Bedsheets and mattress are very dirty. Kindly don't waste your money by staying here.

Service was quiet good and very well organized but only that tgey have to impove the charges of restaurant because the same food offering on zomato was quiet reasonable and the price difference is very much in that. The quality of food is good specially burger it taste to be awesome. The staying facility was good enough. Only some of the staff is asking for tip not at last from the beginning to the end whaen they do any of your work asking at last is very good and acceptable but again and again it just irritating me.

I don't want to rate it on star, if google had the option of rating less than I would have given that only. Worst hotel in the town, due to non availability of good hotels, it was arranged for 1 day night stay in Bhagalpur. Don't waste money staying here, you will get good hotels at same price.

Once upon a time it used to be a good hotel. But not anymore. My room was without TV. Flush not working. Wish after renovation things should improve. The space this hotel has will put many hotels to shame. The same case is with location. Situated on main road at a prime location near Tilkamanjhi Chowk. Sorry state of affairs. The two waiters are very good no doubt about that.

KFC. Proper hygiene was not maintained. Washroom was dirty. Tables were not cleared of leftovers after customers left. Confused staff. Ordered chicken burger and 2pcs HnC for dine-in but they considered it as takeaway. Hand sanitizer bottle was empty. Did not expect such things from such a reputed brand.

- rooms not clean - dampening smell in every room - Toilets are not clean. - No extra room for driver and no parking space. Overall experience with this hotel was really bad, their rate is very high compared to the service they provide.
