Not sure how people have given so many good reviews. Coming from outside, was extremely difficult to reach there. Once there, service took quite some time. Quality of food was not upto the mark. We have ordered plain dal and dal makhani. Both were below average and not sure if they were fresh. If in Datia and coming from outside, go for roadside dhabas. Those should be good.
The taste was average but the service was very pathetic. Don't recommend this to anyone.
Food quality and quantity was good. Service needs to be improved as it took 25 mins for our order to be served

Magnificent maybe the adjective for this fortified palace! Built by Veer Singh in 15th century the palace towers above small hamlet just outside Datia. Could be maintained better. The approach road from the highway can be better though.
