Ossam experience. Maneger also very helpful person. when we want to back home time is 8 pm and I have no charge in phone he said don't worry ma'am andfirst my phone charge & call rapido for travel & go with us to radpido and said please safely drop ma'am home. I feel that person is like sach a guy that why we safe always. Thankyou so much sir . Please visit everyone .I highly recommend.

Very Rude behaviours of staff. Facilities like geyser and fan regulators were not working. Fan was set to full speed and there's no options to change the speed as it was broken. Bathroom fittings are rusted and seems were installed and never changed since 1950s. Even after wanting to confirm if everything works before moving in to which they told, "Yes everything works." After moving in they blamed it to previous customer's and not provided any solutions to that. AC & TV were of old model and no remotes were provided for TV and AC. So you have to lift youself up to shut down the TV. But for the AC YOU CANT EVEN CHANGE THE TEMPERATURE as and when required not even by pressing the buttons on AC. Pathetic Experience overall and I came with my wife and elderly in-laws during November when it was not that cold but not too warm so AC adjustment was necessary.

Room cleanness and conditions was very bad , no any supply and towels inside the room. In my room no window also. every water bottle also chargeable. I didn't expect like that. But staff was very friendly.
