We stayed for a night in two bed room apartment It has a big living atea..Very decent ,neat and calm place. Clean bed covers., bed rolls.bathrooms were clean.The apartment has provided fridge,toaster,gas stove,oven basic utensils, washing machine and even washing powder.Caretaker Sam was very helpful.we are senior citizen but really felt at home.Highly recommended. THANK YOU MR MATHEW for making our stay very comfortable..

The Homestay is well maintained, clean, spotless and tidy. Moreover, both the rooms have good air conditioning and other amenities required for a pleasant stay. The price is reasonable and the staff is welcoming, too. Also, it is really close to the Thiruvananthapuram Airport and there are several shops and good restaurants nearby. Hence, although there is no room service, everything is accessible and deliverable. I highly recommend it for families who plan to visit Thiruvananthapuram.

Good and neat rooms in cheap price. I stayed with my family in a 3bhk appartment. They are providing TV, Fridge, Washing machine, Heater etc, and also have all kitchen appliances- if you are planning to cook. Took 20 min to travel to reach this place from Railway station and no space to park big vehicles.

The perfect apartment stay with affordable rates also in a quiet location but also not so far from Town. One apartment consists of 3 Bedrooms with attached bathroom, A Living Room, A dining hall and a kitchen with essential equipment provided such a GAs stove , refrigerator, oven, kettle, iron box, washing machine and utensils and cooking wares. The apartment's owner Mathew sir is very attentive of our needs and also gave us special discount rates for staying I really recommend this place for a budget friendly luxury stay for your friends and Family

Very decent homestay with almost all facilities. The housekeeper is very helpful. All rooms are well maintained. Has parking for 4 cars and bikes. We opted for the 3bhk apartment with a full kitchen which was fully air-conditioned. Washing machine and inverter is available.

Rented out 3 Apartments (9 rooms) for my in laws for 4 days, who traveled from a different state, the management was very cooperative and friendly. They helped in every way possible to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Athrakkattu Enclave Homestay! Is a place you would want to stay if you to get the experience of home away from home. I had to go to Kerala from the US to conduct my son's wedding. The owner Mr. Daniels worked with me for weeks to make sure he answered all my questions and worked with me on the pricing as well. I needed to rent out four apartments for the occasion. I was nervous as TRV is not my home base. My children born and raised in the US had no complaints at all. They approved!!! That to me was a sign that this is a homestay to come back to. Mathew, the caretaker is a darling. He is genuinely a very caring person and so fit for the job. I was constantly seeking his help even at ungodly hours...... and he stepped up every time. I was very humbled by the love and care he put into the clients. I would definitely take my family back here..... therefore needless to say that I recommend this beautiful place if you are looking for a home feel away from home!!!
