Obtaining my Teacher Training Certificate from Athma Yoga was one of the most enriching experiences so far. I am pleased to say that the yoga classes and teacher training certificate has helped me so much. I practice on a daily basis and having the TTC Certification on my CV has helped me with my job applications as well. Employers and universities like to see that we have extra-curricular interests and that we have taken the extra step to complete a certification. I made some amazing friends whilst studying for my TTC and I still keep in touch with all of them. Fr. Baiju and the other yoga trainers are kind, helpful and are the best yoga teachers I have ever had. Their teaching extends beyond the classroom and they are open to answering any questions or help with any problems any time you want. Besides this amazing experience, the Athma Yoga Academy is incredibly beautiful. The design of the main classroom is brilliant. Everything in that room is handmade from organic and recyclable materials. Earthy, vegan and sustainable materials make up this room which is covered in plants and greenery of all sorts. It's an equivalent to the sea of tranquillity. You cannot hear the outside world when you are up there and it feels like its own little yogi world. Leave your problems and worries outside the door when you step on that yoga mat. Athma Yoga is by far the best yoga academy and has the best and most dedicated teachers I have ever come across.

The Yoga Teacher Training at Athma Yoga provided me with a sturdy foundation of knowledge on all aspects of yoga. The course is so well organized and balanced, with a lot of material to get through and plenty of new information to take in. Completing my yoga training under the guidance of Athma Yoga instructors was truly a life-changing process. Their expertise, care, and passion is exceptional and reflected in everything they do. Athma yoga 200 hrs teachers training programs gave me the best experience of my life.Personally I have no words to describe my experience not only in a physical level but also in a spiritual level. I went for a ttc course but I ended up getting so much more than that. The teachers are super knowledgeable and skilled, and leaning from them is never enough. I will miss them all and I will look back at this experience with a very warm feeling. I would sincerely recommend everyone to do come and practice yoga in athma yoga and experience the difference yourselves

I am jinson. I completed my Yoga TTC from AthmaYoga Academy. It was an amazing experience and there was an integral change in my life. Yoga teachers, study material, the way of teaching and the Ambience of the yoga Studio is a different experience. I could learn the the basics of yoga philosophy, yoga anatomy, the basic asanas, Pranayams and really I enjoyed the meditation sessions. For my Advanced Studies also I prefer athma yoga academy.

The Yoga TT course from Athma Yoga Academy powered by YAI was very insightful and life-changing. I was able to change all unhealthy patterns of life and also gained deep knowledge on "Yoga" as a way of life rather than just an exercise mode. The Yoga TCC 200hrs programme is extremely comprehensive, and everything is covered extensively. The instructor is also a very skilful teacher, and so much is being done to help guide the students through the programme. This program allows the student to put in order the entire process of self-development and awareness through yoga. With everything going on and so much is unfamiliar, I feel so much gratitude to have enough awareness and even desire to continue this practice and growth during a period in time where it shouldn't even seem possible.The whole crew i worked with was great. It's an amazing place start. I would highly recommend this program and this place to any inspiring yoga teachers or yoga students wanting to expand their knowledge for the sake of their personal practice.

The faculty materials, staff service and other facilities that they provided was nice and I can't even forget the moments that I experienced there during my training.
