Overall, the rooms are good and the living & dining area is huge. Taking all the rooms would be excellent for family gatherings. Bathroom maintenance could be better.
Owner Mr. Srinivas rao behavior is too bad, he never sticks on one point, worst behavior. Occupancy of the flat is 20 he allowed only 16, when he allowed 16, no need of extra beds he included 5 beds, every guest house is giving rent inclusion of electricity bill, he is taking separately, very costly, poor service, poor response. Moreover the customer is yelling.
Kitchen don't provided, if they provided it's good. Parking also available
I would rate the stay 5 on 5. It was an excellent fully furnished deluxe triple bedroom flat, located so close to the main road..easily accessible with all amenities including washing machine rice cooker water purifier and many more.. Hostage there was so polite and kind. We stayed for two days and it just felt so like home. They even have provided all the kitchen utensils stove and the facility served us so well specially for our kid who was not really comfortable with outside food..

Had very comfortable stay in the guest house for more than one week with relatives and friends on the eve of marriage function. Guest house owner is very cordial and friendly and supporting staff is very nice. Guest house provides good facilities and services at quite reasonable and affordable price in the centre of the city. I wish the management to continue their efforts and reach the greater heights in their business.
Mr. Srinivas Rao and Yesu have been extremely helpful and instant in responding to my requests and attending to my needs in order to accommodate my family at their beautiful guest house! The flexibility shown by the team to make the stay of my family members was unheard and unseen and is much different from my experience from the most luxurious hotels I have been so far! If you want to feel home away from home, then it's Athidi guest homes and if you want the best of the people to take care of your family during your memorable moments, it's Srinivas Rao and team!!!!
