Worst service done by ather mechanics. 1. They dont check our complaints at the time of service chart preparation. Only apply chain spray 2. I complained about range. Because i am getting 70 to 80km with smart eco mode. If ask mechanic, they said we checked the battery. Battery capacity is normal. But next day same issue. 3. Screen goes blank and auto indicators stops not working. But they said we will update manually all software issuea will be fixed. I given service on 1st Sep but after service id check the last update was 23th Jul. What a great check by ather service staff. 4.after wash they dont clean water on the scooter. Drizzle spots on the complete scooter. 5. back mud gaurd was shaking. They dint fixed properly. If i ask them they said it is manufacture defect by Ather company. 6. They damaged screen gaurd. If asks becuse of water spray it will get damage. Finally they dont anything for 5k service. Only do half wash.
They are act good before sales.after sales they don't even hear our problems..I bought 450x pro pack..one week later my handle gets tight,i reached them,but instead of making good they make worst,they damage my T stem of handle..worst service experience..ather need to remove dealership from SN auto..if possible I will give negative rating..
Very bad service response. Even if you have pro subscription also they wont pick and drop the vehicle. They will make you wait for hours to do basic things like brakepads replacements and all. Very bad team working now in S N Auto tirupati. Vehicle is good no doubt about it. But service also has to be. I think this showroom is not suggestable for vehicle purchase in tirupati until new showroom come to this place.
