READ IT BEFORE PURCHASING SCOOTER Fraud agency, never ever buy scooter from here. Ather will take Rs. 2500 from you for the booking amount but will never refund you back. I cancelled my ather on May 29, they told me that you will recieve your amount back withing 7-8 days, payment was done through UPI mode. Now after not receiving refund I called them after a month, they are now telling me to submit proof like bank statement to receive the refund. First of all if you are taking the payment then you are not asking for any document but for refund you need proof, such a pathetic service. I submitted my bank statement but they now ignored me and still haven't initiated my money back.
