Ather Space - Electric Scooter Experience center - Motor scooter dealer in Palakkad - Palakkad, India

Took Ather 450x for my sister, good bike getting an average range of 100 kilometre on 50 to 60 km speed. If we drive the bike at 70 to 80 we will get 80 Km range. The sales staff behaviour was nice . But compared to other two wheeler/ car showrooms the sales persons were not eager to sell the bike.. no follow ups after enquiry or no reply to the offers requested by us. I met the employees in coimbatore Ather also but they seem to be more active .

Went for a test ride. A great spot to buy EV. The staffs are well trained and informed of all the things related to the product, they professionally handle things.

I have done a service @ ather palakkad with in 2 days the belt has broken .when i asked them they told no stock of belt will fix in 2 weeks. Without vehicle how we can manage for 2 weeks . Very bad & disappointed.. The next day after service belt broken

Very poor, they need only sales , they have no time in dealing with customer. Service Do not buy ather scooters very very bad , poor service team especially from palakkad, I do not know about other centres. I had very bad experience. This is writing from my heart. Unneceesarily they will delay . If this is the attitude from a pvt firm think abou how miserable will be from a govt sector. My sincere request to every one do not jump and buy electrical vehicle. They don't even care about govt rules.Govt also like that. Same is for the recent govt order about refund for charger we bought. We ather owners should come forward and collectively move against ather for their attorcities towards the customer.

This is the one of the worst Showrooms of Ather, NEVER EVER buy a scooter from here, the service is non existent, the service people are scammers who will scam you to death, Please avoid, Try thrissur or coimbatore much better.
