Very poor customer service I visited the showroom for a belt issue And the service people are not even considering the issue They are avoiding and not giving a fcck Very worst experience Also for people taking new bike It has many issues like Belt sound Brake pad sound Disc sound Many sound arise from day to day

Poor costumer experice from Ather manjeri showroom Showroom people don't know details of vehicle,They told all vehicle have 5 years battery warranty, we booked basic model 450 plus, they assured 450 plus have 5 year warranty.After 10 days at the time of delivery when we enquired about warranty they told this model has no 5 year warranty. We are cheated. If they told earlier we may book higher model 450X. Please dont cheat costumers

Best experience. They explained everything including the features, how to use the vehicle, EMI plans, offers and there is all models available to see the options live. Also the full chasis and motor setup is displayed, so i understand why the ather is more reliable and powerful. Oooool ola fans just try..
