I had a disappointing experience at the Ather showroomGhatkopar, where I found that the staff was irresponsible and unresponsive to my complaints. I was not provided with the level of service I expected, and my complaint is still pending. As a customer, I believe that it is important to be valued and have our complaints taken seriously. Such a irresponsible staff hired by owner Agarwal. Just trying to run behind Profits; That's all.

I purchased the Aether a week ago, and till date they have not sent a person to instal my wall charger after repetitive requests. I have never seen such pathetic service in my life. Furthermore they told me their guy is on leave. I don't understand how such a big company has only one person to install the charger for its customers.
