A five star Banquet facility with vallet parking, courteous staff to help, very neat n clean, open to sky. Good for non rainy days, non-summer day. Very nice for Evening n night functions. Catering was really very good.. tasty food and varieties..

Superb place for party

Very odd location. If you don't have your own car, just don't go. Even if you somehow manage to reach, you won't get any auto or cab for returning. The slopes inside the compound are very steep. The valet and traffic management inside the compound is very poor. Long queues of vehicles on a steep slope. Once you stop the car on the slopes, you must be an expert driver to start without going in reverse. Lifts are flooded with office goers in the same building. No service lifts. So every service personnel and equipment also ferried in the same lift. Food: Just good, nothing great.

Had my marriage here on 16th November 21, it's very difficult to get work done by the team who manage the things there. Right from Decor , catering or just basic timeline planning. They asked for royalties for each and every thing. They don't let you do even small things without being charged for the same. They promise you everything while taking bookings and then don't let you do anything. *Fake promises seems very easy for them* My events were supposed to start at 3pm and yet they did not give us a changing room by 3pm. We had to fight with the people at the venue to get it because they had allotted the same to some other person having their event at a far of venue. Food and starters ended in 20 minutes even though we were promised a 90 minutes service. Pathetic and disappointing service in ever aspect. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone, please don't spoils your events by booking this venue.

Horrible experience dealing with these guys. Right from the caterer to the decor team to the house keeping team, everyone was clueless and helpless. Extremely unorganised and unprofessional people. The immediate family people had no mental peace to enjoy the wedding which is like a once in a lifetime event. They all had to be on toes to sort the mess created by the team. Would never recommend this venue to anyone.

Extremely hopeless and clueless team to deal with. Complete mismanagement in all areas - catering, decor, house keeping. They are highly incapable of delivering services as decided and fail to maintain the standards that they claim to have. In spite of spending so much, there was no mental peace to enjoy the event and all the immediate family members were busy running around to set things fine right from the decor to catering to housekeeping. Would never recommend this place to anyone.
