Doctors are great and no negatives But receptionist are very rude to patients or guest. They dont have patience to response. They thinks they are the doctors. Everytime I'm facing bad experience from front office staffs. Sometimes their talks are very disrespectful. Then pharmacy staffs they are too slow. If there any emergency they dnt have any issues, they will give medicine after the queue. This problem is because only one staff in billing section. I request the administration to take necessary steps for this issue
This hospital is considered as good for Orthopedic treatments. We have received adequate service in the hospital, though it is crowded in some time. The booking, queue system, number of seating can be improved. The OP card is just paper visiting card, it can be upgraded to a plastic card. There are many casualties are cured in this hospital related to Ortho. Ample parking.

Group of doctors who i personally know for more than 10+ years. I came here for my mother's severe knee pain she was struggling to walk. Now the pain is completely cured and now she can walk easily.. Dr. Sathyanarayanan is best ortho doctor I have ever consulted. And Dr Rajesh Kumar also one of the best ortho doctor. Very well behaved and treating the patients kindly. They are always ready to explain every details of treatment to patient and both bystanders without hesitation. Thank you sathyanarayanan!
One of the good hospital for Ortho (bone). Few expert orthopaedic where here. Hospital with less crowd. Mostly emergency cases are coming here. Good parking facility. Emergency ambulance service are provided.
The whole system at this hospital is broken. You need to book an appointment for consultation in person at the hospital 2-3 weeks ahead and they don't accept telephonic bookings (Yes, the people who answers the phone will ask you to come in person, get a token and wait for your turn). We had to wait for more than 7 and half hours to get the consultation completed. No one has got time to spend the whole day in a hospital just for a consultation.
Such a irresponsible behaviour of nurses and staffs..not a safe place to get treatment for poor patients.. making severe delay for serious cases.. pathetic situation here
