It's an ideal destination for a single visit with children. The safari experience is truly remarkable, and the kids had a great time observing tigers and lions up close. Following the safari, you can explore the zoo and encounter various animals like crocodiles, hippos, tigers, leopards, giraffes, and a variety of birds. Ticket prices include 200 INR for the bus safari, 1500 INR for the closed Jeep safari, and 3500 INR for an open Jeep safari accommodating up to 5 people.
Kids will enjoy Safari and zoo. Not many animals. A Smaller version of Mysore zoo
Safari facility is available for Rs.150 per adult & Rs.75 per child for bus, if family persons can go via Jeep for Rs.1250 for 5 persons, inside jungle was nice, we saw lion tiger very nearby. A mini zoo was present inside ,they were developing now.
Kind of a small zoo but the jungle Safari is so good.. we can watch the lion and tiger so nearby kids will enjoy it a lot..
It's good for onetime visit with kids ... The safari ride also fantastic kids enjoyed lot n we can see lion n tigers very nearly.. n otherside zoo is also very good to see by walking into the nature n seeing different animals... We saw many butterflies in butterfly garden
One of the worst zoo I have ever visited. What it defines as SAFARI is also a eye wash. It's just 15 minutes and two tigers in side the cage. Also who so ever had the idea of naming this zoo in the name of the great ABV, was actually ruining his name instead of glorifying. Lastly its still under development, may be it will take another 15 years to designate as a zoo.
Doesn't feel like a safari as we saw mostly caged animals because of road construction work within the safari limit. Compared to bannerghatta safari, this one hosts only fewer animals. Black buck was one of the rare find. Zoo also hosts variety of animals in a well maintained atmosphere. Animals looked healthy. Colourful birds were feast for the eyes. Big open parking space. Note: Maintain silence within the zoo, especially educate your children as animals seem disturbed with noise.
Decent safari experience. Great sized hyena, tiger, lions, ostrichs. The biggest I have seen in my life
