Aswini Speciality Hospital - General hospital in Ottapalam - Palakkad, India

One of the hospitals in Ottappalam. Even though this is a small hospital, they are having almost all specialized department. Its on Ottappalam Pattambi road nearly 800 mts from Ottappalam Town. The main departments are gynecology, pediatric and ortho and they are having visiting doctors in other departments.

Hospital prefer only cash. No card payment. Gynecology department there is not enough chairs for sitting

Very poor hospital, no ventilation in rooms, dirty canteen and infected foods, all are sick having food from there. i was there last three days for my grandson, all our family members got sick including my 85 years mother. See the quality of hospital.. I forcefully get discharged. Government hospitals are more better than private hospitals now a days, i learned this. I strongly suggest hospital authorities to improve these and give good service from which you are earning from us.

Everything is worst - Staff are not supportive. - Rooms are not good. - AC temperature and fan speed cannot be changed. When asked to nurse and electrician, they give a remote the doesn't work on that AC. Nurse saying to frequently turn it off and on to control temparature. Imagine doing it throughout the night.

False medical conditions been discussed with patient family, Just to dig money from them. With 3 month old infant my friend and his family visited this hospital due to bronchitis and the doctor over their said that it is lung infection and it has to be taken immediate care or else you will loose your son and You need to admit him here or else you have to face the consequences. So they went home and packed their bags to get admitted at hospital. When they reach back the doctor said you are 1 hour late , so we won't give the care to the infant. ( As they didn't admitted then and there when the doctor said to admit , pure ego came out ) . After this they went to a another hospital which is bit far, and when they consulted the doctor he said there is no lung infection it is just bronchitis, nothing much to worry about. Just think about the mental trauma those family went through . If you people seriously don't know how to run a hospital and treat the patients and their bystanders through true hospitality, kindly shutdown the hospital and we advise you to sit at home, for betterment of our nation. Worst hospital with worst treatment.never go to this hospital if you need to save your life.

I don't know why so many negative reviews, my experience was good here consulted 3-4 times, and consultation was good. Few things to improve is parking & infrastructure. Understand its a private hospital started very early, but need to be improvised.

My friend who recently delivered a baby went through a really bad experience in this hospital. The doctor and the nurse are more into forcing their own products and stuff than Focusing on the patients needs and comfort. Terrible place to visit again
