Worst staff and care, very rude to patients and not atol answerable, my father admitted for emergency breathing problem and they suggested for dialysis and did fistula for my father which is a failure and it started to bleed after few days, while he approached hospital, they just cleaned the blood and did dressing and sent him off without checking properly, in middle of the night while the fistula broke and we rushed to hospital, compounder told them they cant do anything and my mother pleased them to do something to atleast stop the flow of blood and he refused to do that and sent to other hospital and by then he lost half of his body blood and we came to know they dint close the stitches properly in fistula which caused the whole blood lose, and im writing this review after 6months of time now, because we are still suffering what happened that night and the blood loss made my father so weak that hes still struggling with it and everyone at my home had a trauma seeing my father filled with blood , home filled with blood, sorry to say this but please least you can do is atleast talk positive to patients and thier family which this hospital doesnt know how to treat them.

Treatment very nice and cost reasonable, treatment refused in other hospital but here risk was explained clearly. There was a plan of surgery but doctor treated with medicines only and patient is totally fine without surgery. Thanks for the doctors and the supportive staff who helped us with patience. I suggest this doctor for all kidney and urine related problems to the Public.

The most worst hospital who only care for money and not even an iota of sense towards public. Had admitted my father when his sodium levels dropped down and creatinine was at 6. That idiot assistant who was treating forced/ frightened us saying he has to undergo dialysis immediately which was actually not necessary. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

This is the worst hospital I have seen so far. Money minded people. Accepting only cash, no other ways showing their liability. The guy in the reception is so rude towards patients. And not even answering property. If you ask anything about insurance he never reply properly thinking like he is the owner of hospital and treating for free.

Medical treatment was good. Doctors suggested right medication at the right time to my father for Covid treatment. And also didn't keep the patient for too long in the hospital. I appreciate that. But the management was pathetic. We were asked to pay the fee only in cash (of course most of the hospitals are doing the same now) and we paid. But almost every other day I had to call the reception and yell at them to fix the saline, provide bucket/mug in wash room...etc One day they gave lunch at 3PM to the patient who is diabetic. My sincere suggestion to the hospital, if you observe the reviews carefully most of the people are satisfied with medical treatment but not at all happy with the management. You need to train your staff well and especially teach them empathy. I hope you will take the feedback in the right spirit. All the best!
