Worst orthopedic ever. He doesn't have enough knowledge. Egoist. Doesn't respond good to patients. My relative had femur surgery & because of his irresponsibility, it got broke. & he didint give any attention. Patient got infected and ruined patients life. Never in life go there.

9/22 Money hungry people. They care about money not the patient. DONT EVER USE THEIR ICU. Doctors on call don't care, nurses in ICU lack experience. They steal medications. Their head nurse Pinky constantly yells and disrespects staff in front of patient. Their medical store jacks up prices, DO NOT BUY MEDICINES from them. They inflate prices and sell them at twice the rate. In my time there, I saw 3 ICU patients pass away in 3 weeks. Very unhygienic, no staff in ICU wears gloves, the visiting physicians and night shift doctors don't even bother to wear a mask. The bathroom there constantly smells and is full of urine splatter. HIGH chances of cross infection due to lack of sanitation. It's funny how they charge such outrageous prices and yet provide no quality amenities. The doctors lack compassion and they treat patients like Guinea pigs in a factory, not actual humans. There are better multi-specialty hospitals in the city. DO NOT GO TO ASUTOSH if your relative is serious, they will kill them.
We have undergone hip replacement surgery 3 times in last two months in Songadh but all were failed surgery. We were totally hopeless and financially weak due to multiple failed surgery. Moreover there was drastic infection in leg which made the case very complicated. We then visited Ashutosh Hospital where Dr. Rajiv Raj Chaudhary and Dr Ravi Purohit guided us with detailed Gurdlestone surgery and we were ready to do that. The next day we went for surgery and inspite lot of complication and criticality, they performed the surgery in truely right manner. Dr. Ravi Purohit cleaned the entire Infection with care and after 4 hours of operation, the infection was cleaned out and cement spacer was placed in leg. Dr. Rajiv Raj and Dr. Ravi did a fantastic job at very pocket friendly cost and even Rajiv Raj sir gave 11k discount without even asking due to our condition. Service of hospital is really great and entire staff is very helpful. They follow all the protocol and rules and treat the patient like their own. Superb Hospital and superior staff. Hats off to you. One of the well known hospital in Surat. It is a multi speciality hospital, so it's easy to find a doctor for most problems. The explanation of the problems and solutions provided was excellent and could'nt have been better. Customer service is great from all the doctors, nurses and the cleaning staff. However, I think the lifts could be more frequent though. Overall very impressed with everything.
The quality of treatment provided by Dr's and other medical staff is Ace level. 10/10 on hygein and cleanliness.
