It is multiple service centre in one & they just eat your 6 hours to 4 hours sitting. So better do all your other activities than go there & that to before 4:00pm else they don't accept new token.

The entire staff is illiterate. I wanted them to help me repair my phone, but in the diagnosis they replied to me telling me my laptop needs repairs. Additionally, for a component that costs 18k, they charged me Rs. 55k. Later, they said there is an issue with my keyboard. I don't know why is ASUS collaborating with such idiots who don't understand how to treat their customers. It's simple business rule, treat your customers with respect and help them with kindness, the customers will keep giving you more business and give you better reviews. But some idiots are self-obsessed. They simply don't understand the importance of valuing their customers. Anyway, I mean to say all this to ASUS and not its staff. Although the staff seriously needs training, but ASUS should improve their hiring standards. In short, DON"T TRUST THEM and THEIR SERVICES! THEY are PATHETIC!

So first of all the service is purely biased only if you gonna give a booking amount they will look towards you, half of the things the staff doesn't know what all different payment methods they have everyone says a different one, you call them for enquiry and if you want a callback they wont. Didn't expected from a brand like ASUS such big name and so amazing beast (desktop and laptop) this company has made.

worst service if your device is out of warranty then don't go there they will send you bill like your actual device price.its wastage of money as well as time.

worst experience, they did not resolve any issue, just performed a system format and said the issue was resolved when it was not. Not only that, my laptop had food stains and the whole trackpad was oily. it was said that there was thermal paste applied, but that is not what thermal paste is, and there is no way that there would be thermal paste on the trackpad.
