Asus Service Center - Electronics store in Dehradun - Dehradun, India

I am editing my review and rating, very bad and horrible service experience...I mean how come someone forget to insert sim try after repairing, on that when customer call them they are not even responding...tell me how can someone use mobile without sim, is this make any sence..utterly disappointed. Engineer is saying 'jo ukhadna hai ukhad lo' ...pathetic

Worst service center of asus in dehradun bad customer handling and employees don't have knowledge how to talk with customer employee name @irshad never buy asus laptops name of the employee is irshad and i already forwarded complain to company and social media regarding today issue. So that in future nobody like me face the problem same

If there is zero star rating I will be giving to this service center. They are cheaters trying to fool me even at end. For two months continuously they were not able to repair my laptop and the spoil it. Never go for asus laptops or any asus product. So disappointed company and employees without knowledge

Terrible service. Terrible followup. I got my device back after 3 weeks and the service center stopped picking my calls after the first 9-10 days. I had to contact them via the customer care center. Edit: I was facing battery backup issues even after the repair. However,since yesterday after updating my drivers the battery is working well. I apologise for my hasty review. Though still not very happy with the overall experience.

My Experience with ASUS Service Center was amazing. The new staff is welcoming and very helpful and succeed in providing the professional services expected of them. I too found the services to be well satisfactory and fast. The only issue to be fixed would be finding the center can be a bit of a hassle since there are no prominent hoardings/ boards outside the property as to pinpoint the location. In my next visit I will surely put up a photograph. Moreover, the Google location is absolutely right. Good job lads!

I did submit my laptop on 3rd of August stating that .. my laptop was my office during covid-19 pandemic and requested them the very day that please get it repaired as soon as possible .. fast forward to 16th August .. they haven't updated me on anything .. gave me false deadlines .. supported me no where ... I might loose my job due to this .. but that's least of their concern .. they work on their own leisure and their own time ... My advice to all of you is that don't buy Asus products in the very first place .. if you don't want to end up in a situation like me !

My main problem is with asus products low quality and how long it takes for the service center to service the laptops. And if I'm leaving my laptop for a week with the service center for repairs they don't give me a secondary laptop like apple gives. How am i supposed to work without a laptop for 6 days. And it takes a long time if some parts of you laptop needs to get replaced. Like i said 6 days. Service time is also slow because of there's not enough staff. Other than that. Staff is super nice understanding and helpfull.

Guys here were not informative. I had to wait almost half an hour before receiving any service. I was giving 1 but the manager there was good to customers. My bad that he arrived 20 mins later after I reached. MI service centre is far better.
