I recently visited this laptop store and had a bad experience with one of the salespeople there. During our conversation, he was extremely arrogant and rude, using vulgar language.(when I asked him and enquiring about a particular model named vivobook 16 2023 model and told him that it's available on eCommerce sites but why not here and when it will available? His reply was "online toh jackline actress bhi available h Lekin kisi ko milti h kya .). His conduct was totally unacceptable and unprofessional. I expected to be greeted with respect and civility as a customer, but instead I was confronted with hostility and rudeness. Based on my experience, I would not suggest this store to anyone. It's unfortunate that one lousy salesman can tarnish the reputation of an respectable establishment..

Best Computer Peripheral shop in Jamshedpur. They have a vast range of products and services. The owner is very welcoming too. They even offer you tea and coffee!

Don't know how to behave or speak to any one, let alone customers. Very rude and illiterate behavior of shop staff and owner, tried to click a picture to post on google map, they might have ask "why are you clicking pictures, is there any special needs?" Rather they charged and ask who am i? Why i clicked pictures? How dare I taken photos, even came down to fight. If this is the way someone behave generally then what we can expect about service. I atlest expect a civilized enquire about the photo I clicked.
