Visited Astra hospital for an ear surgery for my wife. Dr. Satish Rao(the surgeon), was really friendly and took time to explain the complete procedure to us. The surgery start and end times were pretty much in line with what was communicated to us. Post surgery, the nursing staff took good care of my wife. Finally, the insurance staff was really efficient in getting the approvals in a short span of time. Overall, my experience with Astra hospital was good. Thanks to the entire team.

Hi All , I had been admitted to the hospital in bad health condition had undergone through the surgery. Dr Shivakumar explained the procedure, precautions, medications very clearly to me and my husband, since it was 1st time I was little nervous and tensed but with Doctors help and God's grace the surgery was completed successfully.. after the surgery Doc ShivaKumar , nurse Jashmi , Chaitra, Amar , Bilal in Icu and few more shift nurses took soo much care of me , also I would like to thank the staff present there the cleanliness and happy faces they maintained around me while working helped me recover faster mentally and physically. I am very thankful to Astra hospital nurses ,staff and specially Dr Shiva Kumar for helping out me feel better

Admitted my mother for a surgery. Wanted to thank Dr. Manjulatha who did a fabulous job, explained us all the details and was very kind. Wanted to thank Bhagya mam also who helped us throughout, starting from the admission till insurance process.Thanks to nurses, workers too. rooms were neatly maintained.

As we had minor surgery for ear, we are well satisfied with the treatment and communication towards them and dr.satish rao was the doctor treated my mom. The best thing is the cleanliness and the food was excellent. Thanks for ur care and support.

My baby was admitted to Astra hospital for infection. The process before admission and the OPD with Umakant adiga sir was really helpful. The way doctor explain the situation and the solution to it is truly appreciable. One of the best doctor for baby's. I am really happy with the hospital experience, the service, the staff, cleanliness, the rules best for the patients and the expertise of the doctor. The hospital is highly recommended for good experience and a family like care.

I had a terrible experience with the reception at the hospital. When I initially called to schedule an appointment, they assured me that the consulting doctor would be available every day at 3 PM. So, I booked an appointment for the following day and visited the hospital as planned. However, upon my arrival, I was informed that the doctor's schedule was not daily, but rather on alternative days, and they asked me to return the next day. I left, not taking it too seriously at the time. Today, I called them at 2:30 to confirm the doctor's availability, and to my surprise, they informed me that the doctor's timings were not fixed, and they would keep changing. I mentioned that they had tried to contact me several times to update me on the schedule, but I had not received a single call from them. This experience with the reception has raised concerns about the quality of service not just at the front desk but also in the context of treatment and nursing.
