Decent veg restaurant in the area. The place was pretty crowded and there was not much walking area in between the seats. Lots of seating available though and waiting time is reasonable (if any). The food is fresh but the taste is above average. Parking available nearby. The rates are slightly above reasonable. Rooms available in the upper floors. Good ambience and quick service.

I would give 4 stars for the food but the service i have got was bad. There were no one to take our order for almost 15 mints. Called the waiter and asked to take our order but he said some other person will take it in a sec but no one came(he was nice though). Coming to the food,we had their meals which was very good all their side dishes were tasty.next day we had breakfast. Also tasty but price was a bit higher. Anyways Will recommend to others. Also it was very difficult to find a parking spot.

I recently dined at Astoria restaurant and I was thoroughly impressed by the dining experience at this wonderful vegetarian restaurant. From start to finish, the meal was a delightful journey for the taste buds. The restaurant's ambiance is both charming and comfortable. The warm lighting and tasteful decor create a welcoming atmosphere, making it a great place for a cozy dinner or a special celebration.

Absolutely third class service. We wanted a room for 4 hours for resting before our bus departed. They charged us 1500 for a absolutely pathetic and old room. And did not even provide a bill for the payment receipt. The staffs are absolutely mannerless. Just avoid this hotel stay. It will be hell of an experience for anyone.

Astoria is the best vegetarian food restaurant option at Kodaikanal. Although there is a rush , it's worth waiting a little bit for an empty table for what they have on offer. Shop people help to get seats quickly.. Car Parking is available some meters away at a private ground.

Food is average with spicy. The price is bit high as per my opinion. Service and ambience is good. Bit crowded but quickly responded.

I went to this restaurant on my last visit to kodaikanal. I would not suggest going to this place. The price was high. Staff behaviour was not good. One of the staff who came to take orders was very rude. As per his behaviour we didn't give any tip to him and on this in front of us he said "waste".
