I was diagnosed with an acute case of Sinovitis and post treatment which included over 50 days of Antibiotics, I was recommended by my Doctor to visit Asthimya for the Physiotherapy. I must say that the day I entered the center, I felt quite happy and positive. The atmosphere at the center doesn't carry any unwanted seriousness and helps uplift the patient's morale and mood instantly. I think it all stems from the way Dr. Priyanka Tiwari, Director, Asthimya has envisioned the center and the energy to be. Regardless to say she is very approachable and exudes positivity and hope in her counsel and conversations with the patients which really helps one take the entire course / treatment however difficult it may be, with ease and enthu. I was no exception! The entire team here which includes Dr. Shivam, Dr. Sonali, Mr. Rajesh and Didi, all of them ensure that you are well taken care of and are in constant touch with Priyanka Ma'am for the guidance. In a nutshell, for me Asthimya was not just a physiotherapy or a treatment center, but a happy healing place which carries healing in every spec of it. P.S. Forgot to mention about the small Puja altar and the incense, the Gym like atmosphere and other small elements which really add that little extra to your happy self.

I have issues of back pain from many days almost about an year then I got to know about Asthimya spine and sports clinic.the way Dr.priyanka Tiwari consulted me and the solve the problem withing a week .I follow her nutriention advice and the home protocols after complete recovery.I highly recommend this clinic for any pain injury's and any physical rehab issues .
