Asthi WellMax Physio - Medical clinic in Ernakulam - Ernakulam, India

I initially had great experience having done the surgery with Dr. Vinod and based on this, I had referred my parents for an appointment. However the patient rostering is so poor here. The appointment time is not really an appointment but a random time which has no connection with when you actually meet the doctor. There are times, I ended up spending 2 hours in waiting past my appointment time. Imagine that in a restaurant or a theatre! It's a high-time they either create a system where a fixed time slot is allotted to a patient and not overbook it. Hire a management consultant and get it done. After all it's a private enterprise that is supposed to value everyone's time. I'm okay waiting for a week to get an appointment, but when I do, I do expect it to happen +/-15 min of the appointment (hence the term 'appointment' and not 'opening time of the clinic').

The doctor is good but the staff taking appointment is terribly stupid. Inconsiderate and rude and has absolutely no clue why they are there.

I had gone to Asthi for my neck and shoulder pain ( cervical spondylitis). I'm quite happy with the service that was provided. My pain has reduced to a significant extent. Staffs and Doctor (Vaibhav) are quite helpful and efficient. The only problem is getting an appointment of your choice/ time is difficult as they prefer females during morning to afternoon hours and males from afternoon onwards. Also doctor is available only at evening hours. Another thing is they charged Rs 600/- for me per session ( each session last for 40-45min max) which is bit expensive compared to what other hospitals charge.

I have been going to Asthi for over two years for my knee issue. The treatment recommended by Mr.Vybhav has helped me manage the pain and also regain my mobility. Manju who did my physio is extremely good and efficient at her job. She also recommended post treatment exercises for continuous and long term pain relief/ strengthening of knee. All staff at Asthi is very cordial and helpful, it is one of the best physio facilities in Cochin.

Dr Vinod is very good and approachable person. Given good medical advices. Front office staff is not professional. Post my visit I had asked to get office stamp. Asked me to wait for long time, when the patient came out I asked to her if I can go inside and get it from the doctor. She asked to wait again. Finally after long wait time I came out without the office stamp. Poor time management and No respect to our time.

The best Physiotherapy centre in cochin. Physiotherapist Manju is the one who helps me with the therapy and she has magic in her fingers that heals. I thought i wouldn't heal but the way this girl has helped me with the whole therapy procedure and excersize ,did helped me a lot to relieve my pain. She is an absolute asset and i wish her all blessings to heal more and more people in her journey. The whole Asthi team is amazing and i keep referring many of my friends and family who need the provided services.

Mr. Vybhav is a very good physiotherapist. He explained in detailed about my posture issue. And identified the cause for the same. He and his team demonstrated all the exercises I have to do to correct my issue. Thanks a lot to Wellmax Physio & Aasthi Clinic for the great work.
