All specialty doctors are available. While I understand there is a queue, doctors diagnose the issue carefully and provide the best resolution. Staff are very helpful. QR and cash facility available to buy medicine.
Total Mismanagement. Tell me to come at 1.00pm. Doctor came at 1.45 pm. As my SL no was at 23, doctor check up at 4.00 p.m. They supposed to tell me the SL no of mine and reporting time according to SL no. At least some hours later. But total waiting of 3 hours for outdoor checkup is too long. Everybody has his/her own time value.

Few doctorers are incapable , cant trat the patients and they only give tests overs tests and directs patients to certain labs to get money out of that and gives unnecessary medicines that too is too costly and what to be said for the staffs oh god they behaves so rudely even over phone also.. let alone in person.
It's a good superspeciality clinic . A lot of doctors including cardio , nephrologist , urologists, hematologist, neuro surgeon , gynaecologist are available here from MON - SUN 9am to 6 pm..and one can enroll his / her name for an appointment of doctor by just dialing the number...it's a good news for people living in Burdwan .
My appoinment time was at 6 pm,for Dr. Saptarshi Bishnu.They called ma at 11 am and tell me to come within 2 hours.I came early and now I'm waiting for last 2 hours still they don't call my name.totally disappointed with management.just disgusting.Please take care of management.We have also time value.Don't play with our time

Behaviour of the staffs at reception is very poor and they are manerless.
And they proudly admit that they are Ill mannered because it is part of their job.
Management should look into this on priority.
Conduct of some staffs are very bad. A fat lady supposed to be an assistant of Sibnarayan Dutt, behaves very arrogantly. Her behaviour must be checked by the managing committee and sacked immediately to retain the reputation of the centre.
