Aster MIMS Kottakkal - Hospital in Changuvetty, Kottakkal - Malappuram, India

Aster MIMS is one of the largest hospital in Malappuram district with various departments of treatments. The hospital has good, cleaned and calm atmosphere inside. The staffs are nice and good. There are lots of space for parking but at peak time it's very difficult to find parking space.

I am very impressed by the quality of care I received from all the doctors and nurses at this hospital. They were excellent in their skills and knowledge, and also very nice and respectful in their behavior.but the only problem with this hospital is their parking space for 2 wheeler .

I had an amazing experience at MIMS Women and Child Hospital in Kottakal Iam 6 mnth pregnant starting stage to current time service and caring is superb Yesterday im going emergency it was good. Treating me night security and staffs and scaning dr has come Wahab doctor and nursing staff shifana Haseena mam was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate throughout my treatment. She took the time to explain everything in detail and always made sure I felt comfortable and well-informed. I felt confident in her abilities and expertise, and I truly appreciate all that she did for me. And nursing staff vinusha treated me Best Overall, my experience at MIMS Women and Child Hospital was top-notch. The facilities were clean, modern, and well-maintained, and the support services staff were always on top of things. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone seeking exceptional care for themselves or their loved ones Iam waitng my delivery

Service is good Doctors, nurse and every other staffs are friendly. But the one problem we face is the lack of nurse staffs on Sunday night duty I don't know why There is only two nurse in that section on Sunday night, but the other days it's okay

Excellent care and support. Awesome nursing staff! Housekeeping must be improved a bit. No tissue papers available anywhere at the hospital premises at all. We got the room number 257 at first, and the room was not well cleaned. Bathroom door handle was broken and the health faucet was Leaking and the toilet was smelly! Soon after we complained they gave us comparatively a good room that they call it suite. The room (suite ) is spacious but still the bathroom is leaking!.

My mother was admitted in Aster Mims hospital for her knee surgery. She was treated by Dr. Faisal, orthopedic surgeon. Doctors and nursing staff provided excellent care to my mom. A big thanks to doctors, nursing staffs and other supporting staffs. Especially I would like to mention surgical cordinator Mr. Ashiq. He helped us to get appointments for consultation, surgery date with out any delay and helped alot in these days, Special thanks to him. Tidy rooms with enough fecilities, ambiance of the hospital also so good. The overall experience in Aster hospital is so satisfying. Highly recommend for getting good care and service

Great experience except parking problems. One more suggestion is Cafeteria and Canteen also must be included in your survey, because the rest of the departments will be owned by the hospital, but this will be done on contract basis, so a bad experience with it will often tarnish the image of the entire hospital
