ASTER MIMS HOSPITAL, KANNUR - Hospital in Chala - Kannur, India

I visited ASTER MIMS for a routine check-up: really impressed by the quality of service and care received. The hospital is spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The staff are friendly, professional, and helpful. Impressed by the Canteen Service (hygienic, good food). Parking service available (paid and free).

Bit expensive hospital, they couldn't keep the international standards here. And all the spaces in hospital is very small. And more crowded. There is proper parking for patients or customers. They only arranged parking for doctors and staffs. Canteen and near area are not clean. Parking available outside the hospital, there is no proper road or way.

Everyone over here are professionals starting from the Doctors, Nurses, Attenders and even the the canteen staff who serves the food to the rooms. I was really surprised to see the quality of the service they offer when my Spouse was admitted in here. Never in my life I have seen in Kerala a Nurse introducing herself as " Hello Sir, My name is Emil, I would be taking care of you through out your time in our hospital". (IP, Seventh Floor, 06-03-2023). (Sister Emil, You will achieve heights for sure.) Our Consultant Dr Ashish P Krishnan listened to us carefully and answered to all our queries even silly questions peacefully. This place makes us believe that we are in safe hands with sophisticated equipment as well as experienced and empathetic staff. The cleaning staff, Food servers all are so well behaved and professional. Every penny spent there is worth the service they offer. Negatives: Expensive, Severely dusty parking space

The services are really good at Aster Mims kannur. We had been there for my mother's surgery for gall bladder removal. Special thanks to Dr Shibumon Madhavan who is an empathetic and experienced doctor. The rooms were clean with neat bathrooms. The hospital is well maintained. However I would like to see some changes in the ED where nurses are bit slow in their work. Overall it was a good experience. Thanks to the doctor and staff.. God bless!

Very clean, efficient and friendly staff. I accompanied my wife for a gynecologist visit and the whole process was very quick. A special mention to Mr Ali PK from Medical Value Tourism for his wonderful help. Mr Ali took care of us from the very beginning and guided us through the entire visit.

Completely satisfied by the service given by aster mims kannur. All first floor general ward staff are very nice. Treat the patient like child and always taking care about patient health. Aster mims kannur provide quality treatment for patients. Treatment expense is high but we can trust hospital in their services. All first floor general ward staff are very nice and always make patients happy and feel secured. Staff nurse Shwetha linta anjima Anu Rashmi Agnes sanjana all are good. Especially Shwetha sister always treat the patient like child.

Only canteen is good. Otherwise poor experience for the money we spent. Especially if you get admitted. Discharge process and follow up are terrible. They promised and charged room for admission, but overnight we didn't get it. At the time of admission all looks so nice and fancy. Baby memorial is just opposite which is very good. Nurses are too occupied,won't turn back to you. For the bystander, please find an accommodation somewhere nearby
