The hospital has all facilities, and the doctors are well-experienced with a good attitude towards the patients. The staff's behavior was appreciated. There was a very large area outside the hospital for walking and refreshing. One of the best things I noticed during the visit time is a live musical program conducted every day for refreshing. A very big vehicle parking area is available, but it is paid, which is not a fair thing.

It was great experience all the staffs including Doctors, Nurses are very gentle and caring, when ever calling for help always nurses and staffs are there for helping with a smile on face. I'm leaving the hospital today in a very good mood. Everyone was very helpful and cooperative in the nursing care, food and beverage, housekeeping, and guest relations departments. Will undoubtedly recommend to all of my friends and family.

I have had excellent service from doctors and sicu nurses.. After surgery, the patient was transferred from the cardiac ICU to the HDU department. But the HDU staff said that at present they have more patients and therefore cannot take this patient and they got into a verbal argument. How frustrating such experiences can be for a patient recovering from cardiac surgery..I don't even like to remember my bad experience from HDU department..

I had a very unpleasant stay at Aster Medcity from September 30th to October 3rd. My wife was admitted to the emergency room during this period due to a high fever, and she was 31 weeks pregnant at the time. After assessment, they agreed and informed me that she was ready to be moved to a regular room. Due to her condition, I requested a single room, and we waited for around 4 hours for one. However, due to the unavailability of a room and after 4 hours of waiting, a staff member promised me that a room would be ready around 8 o'clock that night. In the meantime, they moved us to the gynecology ward as agreed. Upon moving her to the gynecology ward, there was a miscommunication with the Aster staff. According to the doctor's recommendations, she needed a negative pressure isolation room, which Aster only identified after we had been shifted to the gynecology ward, which was full of babies and mothers. They subsequently moved us to another room and informed me that this was the designated room. When I asked about the bathroom in this room, they told me it was nearby and accessible through one ward. There was yet another argument regarding the need for a negative pressure isolation room, as she was a suspected case of measles, which is an airborne virus disease. Eventually, they moved her to an isolation room on the LG floor, and I have attached pictures for reference. I request that Aster staff take serious care, especially when dealing with pregnant women with viral infections. Some of the issues with the received room included: * Electrical outlets and switches were not safe and did not meet safety standards and all the points can not properly access due to unnecessary items misplacement. They appeared to have never received proper maintenance, posing risks to patients, bystanders, and attending staff. * The room was being used as a storage area for medical equipment and consumables. There was constant movement by other staff members retrieving these items, which was highly inappropriate for an isolation room and affected our privacy. * There was no provision for taking a shower, no available taps, no dress hanger and no access to hot water. * Waste disposal was located near the patient's bed and there is no separate area for the same. I hope these issues can be addressed to improve the quality of care and facilities at Aster Medcity, particularly for patients with special needs like my wife.

It's a well established hospital. BUT if they could just enlarge the font size of the sign boards it would make a huge difference. Aster is a huge area , so navigation is a crucial factor.
