I had been to Aster Clinic in Yelahanka to take IV injection for 5days really felt good to see how Aster treats patients and would like to specially thank Simran sister who was very kind in explaining injection procedure and following up. Thank you overall good experience but slightly higher cost.

Went here for a full body checkup for my in-laws who are senior citizens. I am totally unhappy with the service. I paid 7500 for 1 person which was 15k for both even after paying that much we didn't get the vitamin analysis, ENT and gynaecology tested. There are no doctors available here. They made us visit literally like 5 times once for blood sampling in fasting and post breakfast then for ECG later for ultrasound. Asked to visit the next day for reposts. Notified doctor not available then revisited next day. Again asked to come in the evening for consultation. This is the most pathetic service we could avail paying 15k. I have been visiting the metropolis in Malleswaram and we get everything done in a single day for 6k along with vitamin analysis. I don't recommend this Aster clinic at all. Oh be aware there is a construction going on pls expect a lot of noise cement dust shouting labourers etc.

Worst service, the receptionist desk and nurses are not co-operative at all. Even to show a simple report that doctor herself asked to share over WhatsApp, they will not share number. They will not respond to emails. In all other hospitals we have visited, the receptionist desk was very co-operative. Doctors come on consultation basis and will leave if there are no patients. So you cannot really on a doctor to be available daily 5 to 7 pm. They will leave at 5:30 pm only if there are no patients.

The team at Aster Clinic were really good at the service done by them, I Thank the Lab team pathology Ms.Priyanka & the ECG section the two females were helpful in completeing the service with care & gentleness. without wasting any time

I was at Aster clinic Yelahanka New Town today for a blood test. The process was very smooth with hardly any waiting. Priyanka who drew the blood was very nice and competent in locating the vein, and the prick was least painful.As I am 84,staff even in hospitals used to have difficulty in locating the vein

I have got my Master Health Check up done and I loved the courtesy shown by Nurses Priyanka and Debolina. Thank you so.much for your services.

Had a visited for general checkup, Reception staff are good enough to direct the patient to respective Doctors. Doctor is friendly nature and treated well. Pharmacy is small and staffs are good. Clinic Premises is well maintained and clean. This clinic is branch of Aster Hospital of Hebbal. Clinic is noticeable from main road and public transportation are available. Overall good experience.
