Extremely dissatisfied with staff coordination. I had booked for an appointment and due to emergency the Dr was on leave. The was informed me when I visited the hospital. However, they did not show any responsibility to call me and inform prior. When I questioned they started blaming eachother.
Hospital located on road beside the church & its a Christians trust hospital. Staff at reception behaves very rude towards pts in unrespectful way especially females. Watchman,emergency services are helpful here. Restroom avlble but not maintained well. Parking management satisfactory. Affordable fee in op section.
Worst hospital... I went to see the doctor for my acidity problem.and i paid consulting fees for that. I explained everything. While checking he said i have cough, which i dont mention to him. Cough is normal. He referred me to other doctor which i really i dont want. With respect to him, i went to the 2nd doctor.after checking he suggest me some test which i am not interested. And also he gave a notice regarding his personalized treatment method. Why he do choose his marketing method in the hospital... I dont know.. I said no to the test.. And they said ok for that. So that test is not an urgent one and it cost around 600 rs.. They charged me consulting fees 2 times.. The 2nd doctor is not my choice.. With the reference of 1st doctor i went to the 2nd one.. Why i need to pay for that. When my father enquired about this we got a rude and bad reply from the management. This is my second bad experience, i already faced an issue with charging for medicine which i dont use.. They said they dont have void option which is unbelievable So thanks to assumption for making me to never comeback again..
I was admitted here after a motorcycle accident . The stitches put on my bruises were so bad and the dressing was so poor .I continued my treatment further at Pariyaram Medical college . The doctors at Pariyaram mentioned that the way of stitching done was so bad and they even found debris of my tooth inside my wounds . Kindly visit any other good hospital

I asked Sathish kumar doctor about my mother treatment and he is not responding properly......I am in Dubai and my brother is not educated that's why I called the doctor but the way he talked is not in a proper manner and he scolded me for calling him.....
I was admitted in assumption hospital sulthan bathery for delivery which was well attended and treated .Rooms are kept neat and tidy. Labour room staffs were very supportive and cooperative with me. A great thanks to doctor and staffs.
Situated in the heart of the city, Assumption Hospital is one of the oldest hospitals in Sulthan Bathery. Still one among the best in providing proper care. The building and facilities are not up to the mark. But you will find good atmosphere, caring docters and staff. Overall anpleasent experience.

Dr.Shivakumar and Dr.Yashwanth are really good in thier treatment..I had a good experience and still .I would prefer and also suggest only victory Hospital for my friends and family.Charges are also less when compared to other hospitals in bathery.
