It is located in 2nd floor between block B and C. Starting from breakfast, lunch, tea, coffee,sweets and snacks are available throughout the day at a reasonable price.

While you are in Assam Secretariat for any official work or otherwise, the canteen in the 3rd floor ( accessible from block a and b) is the only option available for quick snacks/lunch. It has got a sitting capacity of 50-60 personsat a tome . The menu ranges from pakoras/Maggi/idli/roll/chowmein/chole bhature to roti/sabji/chicken curry/egg curry/rice thali etc. The price range is between rs. 20-100. The food quality is good most of the times. The place remains mostly crowded during lunch time.
