ASR Parklane, A Bergamont Hotel - Hosur - Hotel in Moranapalli, Hosur - Krishnagiri, India

I had stayed in this hotel for more than 5 times in last one and half years. I don't have reason to complain and the service was average to good. But this time when I stayed in that hotel, all the hotel staff were changed, surprise to see that in span of every stay i. e three months, desk staff to catering staff are changed.. the most important one was, since my booking was delayed for a day, the hotel front office staff, didn't give me prior information and asked me to vacate the room. Poor customer service management.. I understand, there should be a information from my side, but the behaviour of the staff seems to be pathetic that existing customers to vacate the room which was communicated in a arrogance way.. with this I could able to understand, they these kind of behaviour are coming from leadership approach.. pathetic service to customer..

Good place to stay with spacious clean comfortable rooms. Breakfast was fine. The restaurant is ok to seat around 40 covers. A few more dishes are needed in the menu options. Service was quick & courteous.Parking space for about 10 cars. Located just beside the highway. Tariffs were right

I have always found this hotel very clean and hygienic. The front desk and all other services have been exceptional. I have been a regular at this hotel and would recommend it to all.

Amazing stay for a day. Was travelling with my 2 month old Baby and the staff made that extra effort for our comfort. Very well mannered staff, everyone including Front Desk, Kitchen, Room Service, Security. Parking facility is excellent. Nicely located bang on the highway, will definately recommend to anyone travelling on this stretch.. seamless Check In and Check out...

Worst breakfast options cabbage juice, dried Pongal, cold oily poori even on request to bring fresh poori they won't. Really hard to get fresh food. Rooms were not turned around/cleaned properly on time even around 6pm. Last month stay Mr.Rayappan housing manager apologised, This stay GM Ms.Reshma apologised. No improvement planned. Laundries are not delivered on time. But room charge is very high compared to other best properties in Hosur like TGI, Claresta. But can't expect good service. Fully money minded hotel nothing called hospitality or guest satisfaction. High charges understaffed delayed service.

This hotel has some weird customer service practises. The person on desk Mr. Sudip (asked for his last name) and he refused to share. He just did not willing to understand the view point. I may be a bias, requesting to check with hotel before making any booking. Please note the location and service is good just that the hotel practises are in question.

Great place to stay with your family... The staff are polite and courteous... Rooms are clean...

Had a very good stay here. Clean rooms. Good spread of breakfast options. Very good food.
