Pros: Excellent rooms which were neat and tidy. No noise and is present at peaceful place. Cons: A bit far from railway station and bus stop.

OK hotel to spend a night, but don't think rooms are worth the price. The only good thing is that they offer 24 hrs check in. Location is not bad, but it's not walkable distance to bus stand or railway station. May not be too easy to get auto either, may have to walk to the main road to get one. I didn't see any restaurants near to the hotel, but there are few within 500 mtrs. Room was OK, but had a pungent smell. After a while we only got accustomed to it, but smell didn't go away. There's no dedicated and reserved parking space either, you would need to park on road side.
Very nearer to railway station. In a neat com area. Receptionist kind enough to give all details. Reasonable price worth for price. Hot water available purified drinking water both hot and cold available
My go to hotel when ever I visit tirupati. The place is quiet and peaceful Restaurants are at walkable distance. The rental charges are fair.
Good Room's100% better than OYO. Refer to families also. This is prime location.

Housekeeping is very bad..I stayed two days,but no one came and cleaned the room ..after vacating every one asking cleaning charges.. very bad house keeping..pls need to improve
Nice calm and homely place. The owner, Mr Amarnath is a very nice person and takes good care if each and every and makes sure they are comfortable. Only scope for improvement is that he needs to train the room boys a little bit.
