I recently joined 'Aspire fitness club ' and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The trainers were really friendly and helpful, guiding me through all the equipments and explaining how to use it properly. The gym is always clean and well-organized. I also felt the price is also reasonable for the kind of facilities they provide. Overall, I had a great experience at the gym.

When I first came to the gym, I didn't like it. I played in a big gym and when I came to a small gym, I thought what would happen. It's not only the equipment but also the help of our trainer. The change that has come to me is huge. What should be mentioned is the trainer attitude is good support to all members without any difference Jim is wellmaintined equpments and it heighgenic

I am Amal's friend and client from Bangalore. Known him for many years now. He is a wonderful and knowledgeable trainer. Amal helped me with an amazing diet plan for fat loss. In last 30 days I reduced my weight from 80.5 kgs to 73 kgs. He changed my diet every 10 days and it is a 40 days program with a target of reducing 10+ kgs. Even though I am not working out in any gym but just running, skipping and some floor exercises in a park every morning, his diet plan has been very effective. Had I been working out in a gym and follow his diet the results would have been amazing I am sure. I've worked out here for about 1year.Amazing gym if you know what you are doing, there is no better place in Muvattupuzha to get in a great workout. Lots of space, Lots of equipments and moderate crowd!

Excellent personal training and trainer's are super,nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at. The overall vibe is great and i have had nothing but good experience.

Excellent fitness training center. If you are really looking for a change in outfit and if you have great determination, you can see the result in real short time. Very friendly and expert trainer. He also shares nutrition diet plan for staying fit. Amal bro. thank you so much...
