Worst administration. Do not provide with proper information regarding appointment. Gave the wrong information 2 times. On being confronted they try to manipulate us and never accept their mistake.Every staff provide contradictory informations. Very unprofessional staff. They even told me to wait outside the clinic during rain.
Dr. Of this clinic is good but not the staffs. Staffs are very unprofessional and their rude behaviour towards peoples really disappointed me. Please change their behaviour otherwise Change them.

Dr Kp Tripathy sir is very friendly but his staff behavior is not good.when I call next day of consulting for understanding the prescription he tell me I have no time why u r call me our new patient is calling after many requests he described my prescription. please change your behavior
Would have given 0 star if possible. God knows about the doctor, But the Receptionist thinks he is there for God's appointment. What sort of human treat another human in this way, is beyond my understanding. Why he is so rude, abusive and pathetic towards patients and still continuing there and is he doing so with doctors' knowledge is also a question.
The patients are waiting in out of clinic, and there is no fan communication even High Humidity, patient are filling uncomfortable, As it is a good clinic but this type of manage is not acceptable at all.
Now I'm in the clinic with my 4 month baby .but service is very poor .doctor charge is much more high Rs400/ then the service.no waiting room . and to meet doctor i waited outside the clinic without fan. And numbering is a drama .
Doctor KP Tripathy is very friendly and hospitable but the receptionist (lady) makes an unwelcoming face when patient goes for a free follow up (within 7 days, as mentioned in their policy). Like, seriously?
