I am one of the owner a 3BHK Flat residing in it from past 8 months. I haven't faced any issues with builder or any of the residents, all are good. Feeling pitty on reading many bad reviews and describing the construction quality. Basically it is large construction having two blocks and more than 130 flats. Builder can't go all way and check each brick is being used properly or not. Yes there are some cracks on the building, but these are called air cracks which will occur for all newly constructed buildings. Coming to damages and leakages, yes I too faced them and when the interior works are being done I spoked with the builder and got rectified all. If we are polite and ask them in polite nature, builder is always ready to help. Or else if we point out builder on each and every small issues, they won't because they are also humans like us, they are not slaves to us. Finally I want to tell only one thing, there are no quality issues and if you are really interested in buying you can go ahead. You can't find a gated community with amenities and very accessible to road and all required essentials in gajuwaka. Thank you!

I took flat in aspen classic, i have faced very bad experiance with Builder and honey group... once flat sold they will squeeze your money on all the sources. Very bad experiance... pls don buy any flat here...
