I have been a member of this gym/ fitness studio for quite some time now. The trainers are extremely good and cater to your individual dietary/ nutrition and training requirements. Special mention about deb sir, he is not just a trainer but an amazing teacher and has played a phenomenal role in my transformation journey. Coming to my transformation, i joined the fitness studio when i was at my all time heaviest of around 74kgs and now I am at a little over 58kgs. All of this was possible because I completely trusted the process and my trainers especially deb sir. I focussed mostly on cardio, strength training along with a tailor made diet prescribed by deb sir and the results were visible in just a few weeks. I would encourage people to join this place if they want to be fit not just physically but emotionally and mentally and if they are able to dedicate themselves 100% to their goal of being fit. You will surely learn the meaning of fitness as a lifestyle here. Thats me in a black saree at my heaviest with a major back and neck problem around october 2022 and thats in april 2024 after i moved to kerela. I am still under deb sir's guidance regarding my diet, nutrition as well as exercise. Hope you liked my review and hope you love your body, and work towards achieving a better lifestyle and health. One of the best Gym in low cost budget. Joining this Gym was the best decision of my life.Deb sir is just awesome in terms of fat loss.I was 108Kg at the time when I joined now I am 74 Kg. Great place to workout with great ambience . Trainers are not that minded and they guide general members as observed too. I haven't seen this in another Gym as they will not guide you unless you are under PT. I would suggest taking personal trainers
