It one of the best rooftop restaurants in Mumbai! A great experience for a weekend party, date night or a special occasion. The experience would get a bit watered down if you don't get a table with the view, still overall this is a fantastic place to be at for an exclusive fine dine experience. I did however feel the food was a bit lacking, in taste. Tried a lot of dishes on their a la carte menu and they were just okay. And of course since it is in a luxury hotel, the price point is as expected. Fantastic place. Great experience.

I had very high expectations from this place. For the cost and hype i found is slightly underwhelming. Drinks are quite good here. Food was not so great. View is good. Be there around sun set.
Rooftop restaurant / bar on the top floor of St. Regis. Amazing view, and that obviously is the highlight. Limited options on food, and it's not amazing, but not bad. Drinks are decent. Since it's open rooftop, also tends to get hot and sultry (in their defense, they have coolers, but still). And of cos, super expensive. Overall, I would go there maybe once for an experience, but not likely I'll go again.
Visited Asilo that offered a breathtaking view from the top. The location was perfect and offered panoramic views of the city. The ambiance was relaxing and peaceful, making it an ideal spot for a romantic dinner or a night out with friends. The wine selection was also excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were knowledgeable about the different types of wine and made great recommendations based on our tastes. The wine was perfectly paired with the food, enhancing the flavors and elevating the dining experience. Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience. The combination of a stunning view, delicious wine, and outstanding food. I visited Asilo on 25th June 2023 with my family. We had made a reservation online and got a confirmation call from the staff but we had to cancel the reservation due to minors not permitted after 7.30 pm . As we visited St.Regis We went to Asilo just for viewing . The lounge is on the 40th floor of The St. Regis Mumbai and offers a stunning view of the city lights. The decor is classy and elegant, with comfortable seating and a DJ playing upbeat music. The staff was friendly, attentive, and professional. We had a fabulous short time at Asilo and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a chic and cozy place to unwind with great food and drinks. It is definitely one of the best rooftop lounges in Mumbai.
The vibe and view from the rooftop is great. Other than that, the food was decent, but the cocktails we ordered were below average. The service was very slow. They limit the number of people so it doesn't get crowded which I like.
