I bought a pair of shoes from this store on 22/11/2023. At the time of purchase, they had a technical issue and couldn't give me the receipt (which is required as the shoe has a replacement warranty). The shoe cost me Rs.15999/. I had been calling the store staff for the last 4 days for issuing the bill. Even after 4 days, I haven't received it. I called the store directly and still they haven't issued it. Cannot understand what is the big deal in issuing a bill which hardly takes a minute.

Probably the most knowledgeable team ever. Guy named Sreeraj helped me out to the core. The guy knows running dynamics like a pro, maps ur feet properly and helps you get your right shoe. I bought a Dynablast 3 along with other running apparel. After reaching home the shoe felt a little snug and i wanted a bigger size. Called the store and the store promised me to deliver the bigger shoe at my doorstep. Beyong expectations guys. Sreeraj took the bigger size and delivered at my home. The team even reached out for the fit and running experience later.... You won't regret buying a shoe from these people. And Asics, you have got right team to lead this store.
