Worst service,no customer care support,Irresponsible behaviour,no response in customer care
No response to phone calls when it's time for our next recharge. Cutting my calls and ignoring my messages.
I have asked for a Asianet broadband connection and they are telling that there is no port available. It been a month now after the request no one has turned around. One of the worst service and support which I got some reviews from the existing customers. Guys Please do not take the Asianet broadband. So I have gone with Kerala vision broadband and within a day i got the new connection.
Very bad services
No option for 0 stars... Such fraudsters selling the cheapest devices. once in every month their set toop box fails...gave a repaired box on warranty, again failing.... finally i bought so called HD box.....This time the remote failed in one month. and they claims that no warranty for remote..... Do i ve to buy remotes for every month too,....Am not gonna spend 350 for a new remote again for a no warranty product.... Thinking of moving to another Provider like tata sky or something...
Cable TV service very bad
Worst service provider, no costumer service . Very rude behaviour of staff. Low quality set top box provided, it's better to go for dth than taking the cable TV connection. Cable TV is usually dead for four days in a month. Very bad cable TV service. Kindly avoid this company.
Worst internet service provider in terms of internet access. Call the customer care about five times daily to report the same complaint of not having internet connectivity. Everytime I call them, the issue is fixed for about five to ten minutes before landing on the same issue. I haven't cancelled their connection yet because I have a premium prepaid plan. So frustrating, what's the use of a wired connection if you don't get connectivity for 90% of the time. Do yourself a favor and save all the frustrations by choosing any other internet provider over Asianet near Mavelikkara area. I'm giving it two stars only because for the tiny bit of time I get connectivity, the bandwidth is good as promised.
