Asian Park Hotel - Hotel in Srinagar - Srinagar, India

We stayed in the hotel in November and it was cold. The hotel was undergoing some renovation. So we were freezing everyday. On top of that, they had the room and toilet windows open which let more cold in. Positives, the staff were helpful and food was good. They arranged for small room heater when we stayed there, but it was of not effective as were not aware that they had the windows open.

It was an amazing experience. The rooms were clean and hospitality was great. Food at the restaurant are real value-for-price. Excellent Stay. The stay was very comfortable with a helpful staff and clean rooms. ; Perfect stay. Excellent service very good food and value for money A very nice and cozy hotel. If you are looking for a romantic and inspiring atmosphere, this hotel will definitely suit you.

It was very nice stay at the hotel. The services of front office was excellent and the housekeeping was also good. The food was good but not according to our need and need to improve it.The other services of restaurant was quick and great responses by the staff. In all the hotel is very good

The rooms are in shabby conditions particularly the bathrooms. No proper maintenance of bathrooms. Toilet seats are not cleaned properly and the filth is visible. Fans are emitting sounds. Staff is also rude. Whenever called for any problem they try to put it till the next day. This seems that there is no proper supervision of rooms before giving them on rent. I would recommend not to go for it as I have very bad experience. I don't know which authority has given them 4 star rating on the basis they are cheating the customers who go for online booking without seeing the rooms.

The rooms are basic and okay. Breakfast was good... But do not go for dinner buffet. It was pathetic.... Oily with no taste Staff is helpful (I think this goes with all kashmiris) Did not like bathrooms. Also if you want your room cleaned you have to deposit keys before leaving.

We stayed at hotel Asian park during first week of November and i must say it was amazing and satisfactory experience there. Hospitality and food were just amazing. Staffs were always very eager to serve you with big smile. Especially Waseem( babluu) and Imran khan were always there for us within no time to help us in every possible way. Overall it was great experience.

The hotel is presented as a four star property but in fact it is lower than even 3 star. All the fittings are old and need replacement. We noted that the bed linens were dirty, beds and washrooms had cockroaches and washrooms were also very old and not clean. The hotel is presented as airconditioned but they centrally control the air conditioning and you have no control over the airconditioning and they switch on the ac only for specific time to save power cost

One of the worst Experiences. Untidy rooms. They don't clean the room until and unless you handover the keycard to them and tell them specifically and had to request multiple times to change the used coffee cups in the rooms. Arrogant and rude staff. Not at all worth it.
