Very dissatisfied with the service provided by this shop. The shop owner has no time to address queries of customers. You keep on calling him or you end up visiting the shop, there is hardly any customer friendly response you would ever get. Kindly avoid this shop.

They charge double the price from even the shop opposite. And this review ain't based on a one off experience, just that I realised their pricing ethics after quite a few purchases over years. Go to them only if you don't have an option, else best avoided.

This shop deserves 0 stars. I bought items worth 15000 and the electrician and the shop owner promised that everything will work well. The electrician was not able to connect the tubelights. I asked the shop owner to refund that amount but the owner did not do so. I asked them to fix the problem but that too was not done. Every time I called them they said that they would send someone over to fix the problem. It has been 3 months and they have not sent anyone even though I have made repeated calls. The shop owners are extremely rude and they don't look at you when you go there with a problem.
Extremely unprofessional staff. The shopkeeper stays on his phone not caring for the customer. Most shocking is how they fleece you with their fake rates for all products. I went looking for lighting fixtures and came to find out that they were quoting TWICE the price of the hardware shop right next door. Avoid, if you dont want to spend your hard earned money for their totally shoddy and highly overpriced products.
Please dont buy electrical items from this shop. We bought tubelights and celing fan from this shop. At the time of purchase the shop owners told us that their electrician would come and install it. After billing the electrician says that he will charge us 2000rs labor charges. We did pay him Rs. 2000 but the shop and the electrician fooled us. He fixed a wrong light. Even after continuos calls to the shop, no-one turned up for fixing it. The shop owners are extremely rude and ignore the customers once you pay the bill and leave the shop. We went to Asian Hardware looking at the reviews on google but after our experience we have realised that the good reciews are posted by the owners and their near and dear ones just to fool people like us. Its been 4 months now and we are still dealing with the mismatch.
