Honestly except for cleanliness there isn't any a good thing about this hospital. The staff is not even qualified and also hungry for everything. The doctors don't say anything about the conditions of the patient. In addition, the exorbitant medical bills seem more focused on profit than patient well-being, creating an atmosphere where financial concerns overshadow genuine healthcare. It's disheartening to witness a lack of empathy, with patients seemingly viewed as mere sources of revenue rather than individuals in need of compassionate care. Overall, this hospital falls short on multiple fronts, from the competence of its staff to its approach to patient welfare and financial transparency.

This hospital is an example of how the medical practice became commercialized. There are terrible inhuman doctors who are robbing the patients' families and ruined lot many people's lives. I live in the US, I had one family member living there in India that was my mother. She was having health complications and was admitted to this hospital. The doctors said she needed to go through surgery, it went well but while recovering her condition went wrong. The doctors said it was hard for her to recover from the surgery, they did a lot of tests, screening for possible treatment or other surgery, there are four or five doctors working there, they all gave me a different information about my mother's health and condition. They never gave me a good information or actual health condition on my mother, it was always some complications going on with her as she was having them before admitted to this hospital ( we did regular check ups on my mother from our family doctor, she didn't have nothing major going on before). They were giving her a lot of Medications and justified it as they were needed, every day the bill was 10,000 to 15,000 Rs for only medication. She was admitted for 22 days there at this hospital and we spent money in Lacs. After She was discharged from this hospital in a week's time she passed away. When I visited India after my mother's death, I inquired about this hospital and met with previous employees and patients, they all said the doctors at this hospital are there to rob the NRI patients, when they know the patients or their families are NRIs they deliberately make the patients' case worst and create artificial complications so that they can charge a lot of money to the patients. There are employees who are not qualified to do certain jobs, for example, the person who looked after in ICU is not trained or qualified to do the job, he is a homeopathy graduate and hasn't done any training or qualification to do ICU-related job, those jobs supposed to be done by a qualified doctor, not this guy, just imagine this person might have done a lot of damage to innocent patients who supposed to recover easily. A few previous employees told me, that doctors are always looking for easy targets to get a lot of money out of them, especially NRIs. I am not sure what to do at this point when the saviour becomes a killer. Back in time, we said that private doctors are better than the government or Sanstha hospitals now I think those nonprofit hospitals or government hospitals are better because they will not scam you like people in Ashwini Medical Centre doctors. Shame on you, you should be shame of yourself for ruining people's lives.

I haven't seen before like this.. Very great hospital with good staff and doctors. Specially Dr. Shishir Gandhi is Very intelligent. Very clean hospital. Charges are little bit higher but worth it.

ENT department is ok. On next day of ear operation they are charging consultancy fees as well as dressing charges. It should be included in to operation charges then how they would charge to us. Reception staff is very rude, they don't know how to behave with the patient.

Neat and clean clinic as well as hygienic. There were separate lounges for patients and guests. A large number of patients were dealt with very systematically, the entire set of tests were sequential and quick. Parking space available. Helpfull staff members. Medical store also available there.

Third class hospital.. my experience very bad

I got treatment of my left ear recently & got 100% result. Dr. Girish Mishra is the best. I was very much worried before operation, but the confidence & correct advice of Mishra Sir made me ready for operation. Nurses & staff are co-opetative. Everything was as per plan. I preferred everyone to take advice-consult of Mishra Sir before going to do any ear related treatment.

ENT specialist is good and with his experiance do the well treatment.My Son had a problem of hole in his ear and after showing to many doctors finally got good response and results here ononly now after 5years he is having no problem.
