I paid 300 rupees and took appointment for ENT specialist Mr Stephan Joseph at 4 clock and receptionist informed us to come exactly at 6 o clock because doctor will be available between 6pm to 8 pm. We went at 6:15 pm to hospital but doctor was not available by that time and when I asked in reception they said doctor stuck in traffic and he will be coming little late. We waited till 7: 30 pm but main doctor Stephan Joseph didn't come to hospital, but hospital guys decided and bring lady assistant doctor in place of main doctor and informed all patients to go assistant doctor for consultation. This looks not fair for me, patients took appointment by paying 300 rupees and waited hours to see the main doctor not to see his assistant. We have paid to get treatment from experience doctor not by his assistant and don't play and make money with patients innocence. Worst experience I've ever had before.
